Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not use it in a way that harms the site or other people, try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or send automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it.

Information on the site

The site describes GarnetSync's software and services in general terms. Product screenshots show a demo brokerage, Corvane Markets, with invented people, prices and money, and figures and prices shown in illustrations are examples, not live data. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or investment advice, and GarnetSync does not itself provide investment services.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, the GarnetSync name and the GarnetSync mark belong to us. Names and trademarks of trading platforms, payment providers and other third parties belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
