Payments
USDT that credits itself. Everything else, approved.
Through Xoala, each client gets a USDT address of their own, credited as USD one for one with no approver. Every other method uses the payment details you publish per brand, and goes through the requests queue.

Payments: the rules
Two ways in, both on the ledger.
- 01
USDT on four networks
Tron, Ethereum, Polygon and BNB Smart Chain, through Xoala. A network is offered only if Xoala's own caption names the same chain.
- 02
An address per account and network
Each client gets their own address for each live USD account and network, with a QR code. Nothing to fill in.
- 03
Credited one for one
A completed deposit is credited as USD, one for one, rounded down to the cent, with no approver needed.
- 04
Checked every minute
Xoala sends no notifications, so a job asks it every minute. Anything it can't credit is held for a person.
- 05
Every other method, through the queue
Your bank and crypto details, published per brand. The client says what they sent, and your team approves it like any other request.
- 06
Payment details guarded
Changing them takes a fresh code, is recorded before and after, and emails the managers.
- 07
Keys that stay locked
A provider is switched on for your company and keyed per brand. Keys are encrypted, write-only and never shown back.
Worked example
One client, two accounts, four networks.
Each live USD account has its own address on each network, so a deposit names its account by where it lands. Here is one arriving, and what the ledger books.

Bank transfers and the rest, through the queue.
The client sends money to your published details and tells you in the portal. Your team approves it under the same two-person rules as every request, and the bridge books it once.

Payments: questions
Straight answers.
Are USDT deposits credited without anyone approving them?
Yes. A deposit Xoala reports as completed is credited as USD, one for one, rounded down to the cent. Anything the job can't credit is held for a person.
Can clients withdraw to a USDT address?
Yes, as a withdrawal request. It goes through your requests queue with the same approvals as any other money, and your team sends it.
Where to next
Every method lands in one queue.
USDT credits itself; everything else waits for the right people. See what "approved" means, and how each one books once.
