CRM
A lead becomes a client when the money lands.
One record per person per brand. It stays a lead until someone converts it or its first live deposit books on MT5, and that first deposit counts for the agent who owns it. Balance and equity come from your MT5 server as the bridge reads it.

CRM: the rules
One record, from lead to client.
- 01
Four lead stages
New, contacted, qualified and unqualified. A lead becomes a client when a person converts it, or by itself when its first live deposit is booked.
- 02
An owner from your own company
Every record has an owner agent, and the database accepts only a member of the same company. A first deposit counts for that owner when it books.
- 03
Notes that stay written
Notes are append-only: they can be added, never edited or deleted, so the history a manager reads is the one that happened.
- 04
The whole client on one page
Live balance and equity, net deposits, accounts, requests, the ledger, KYC and activity, on the client's own page.
- 05
Accounts the CRM has never seen
A server account with no record shows "Not in the CRM". Add as client makes a lead from MT5's own data, and nobody is emailed.
- 06
Quick to move around
"/" searches the list you are on, and Cmd or Ctrl+K opens the command menu from anywhere.
Lead to client
The first deposit does the paperwork.
Follow one record: worked as a lead, made a client by its first live deposit, credited to the agent who owns it, with every note kept as it was written.
One record, start to first deposit

Leads
Four stages, and an owner for each.
Leads by stage, source and owner. The owner is an agent of your company: the database refuses anyone else.
- New, contacted, qualified, unqualified
- One owner per record, checked by the database
- "/" to search, Cmd or Ctrl+K to jump

The client page
One client, live from MT5.
Balance and equity as the bridge reads them, every 10 seconds, beside net deposits, accounts, requests, the ledger, KYC and activity.
- Balance and equity from your MT5 server
- Net deposits from the ledger
- Notes added, never edited

CRM: questions
Straight answers.
When does a lead become a client?
When someone converts it, or by itself when its first live deposit is booked on MT5. That first deposit counts for the agent who owns the record.
Can we bring in accounts that are already on our MT5 server?
Yes. An account the CRM does not know shows "Not in the CRM" on the trading desk. Add as client makes a lead from MT5's own data, the bridge checks the login first, and nobody is emailed.
Where do balance and equity come from?
From your MT5 server, through the bridge: balances and margins are read every 10 seconds, so the client page is never a day behind.
Where to next
From the record to the money.
The CRM shows who. The back office decides what moves, and who has to agree before it does.
